Where are the events being held?

Event Locations will be held in different locations around Tulum, which will be sent to ticket holders and guests closer to the event. All events will be held in open air venues.

 

Where in Tulum should I stay?

Tulum is divided in 4 main neighborhoods: La Veleta, Centro, Aldea Zama, and Hotel Zone which is on the beach. You most likely will find airbnb housing in the first 3 parts of town.  the beach is only hotels/beach clubs.

everything in tulum town is easily accesible by taxi, or by bicycle. the beach is 10-25 minutes from town, depending on the destination.

Hotel beaches are luxurious and significantly more expensive than accommodations in centro.

How do I get to the event?

Taxis are available 24/7 in Tulum. No Uber or Lyft here! Renting a bike is also an awesome way to get around town. 

 

How do I pay for drinks and food?

Most places take major credit cards but cash is the easiest way to pay, and you don’t get subjected to the credit card processing fees you can find around town. 

We suggest you order pesos from your local bank before traveling to Mexico. ATMs are available around town but they almost always have a line and sometimes they run out of cash! 

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL 

 

A valid recent negative Covid test, proof of vaccination, or antibodies will be required for event admission. If you do not get a test in your home area, there are many rapid test centers in Tulum.

All events will follow the laws and regulations of the state of Quintana Roo. 

In addition to state regulations, we will impose extra safety measures:

 

Thermal temperature will be checked upon entry

Hand sanitizer will be administered upon entry

Tickets will be digital on your phone

Restrooms will be disinfected frequently 

All high touch surfaces will be disinfected every hour, and the entire site will be cleaned following EPA guidance

Trained and licensed security personnel will be on site to prevent unauthorized entry and keep our guests safe.

Guidelines will be given in activity areas to help guests maintain a safe social distance.

STAFF:

 

All staff will be COVID tested at the beginning of every work day.

All staff will be required to sanitize & wash hands every 15 minutes.

 

All staff will be required to wear face masks.

 

All staff will have their temperature taken every day.

All staff will stay in their own quarantine bubbles and will not associate with anyone outside the event for the duration.

 

All surfaces & equipment will be cleaned every 15 minutes.

All participants are required to certify they do not live with, and will avoid contact with “people at a higher risk for severe illness” per CDC guidelines for 14 days prior to or returning from travel
